1. Eligibility for Returns

- The wrong item was sent.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The product must be sent back within 7 days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- No cash refunds are provided. Approved refunds will be processed as:
- Replacement of the product (if available).
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days after return approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Cancellation Policy
